The 7 families game of "Needs" and its Chakras offers several playful, educational, and often therapeutic approaches.
​
It is primarily a version adapted for a wider audience (adults and children) of the box set "Living in Rhythm with my Needs".
It was designed to meet your essential needs through the path of intuition.
It is also a dynamic support for practicing intuitive remote viewing as well as vision "without physical eyes".
This 7 families game, divided into 7 color groups associated with the chakras, invites you to find the cards from other players to constitute one or more complete families.

To do this, you will ask questions based on different possible entries represented by colors, geometric shapes, "needs" and their drawings, and your feelings with the psycho-energetic correspondences they maintain with the chakras.
​
This will be done according to your sensitivity at the time. Some people perceive words related to an emotional field more easily, others, simple colored objects.

GAME MODE - 1 -
Addressing your essential NEEDS through the path of intuition

Originally, this game was designed to unblock a situation:
"What do I need to achieve...?" Â
Â
Once expressed and recognized, you can more easily meet your need by taking inspired action in that direction.
You continue your path more freely and restore the right movement in phase with your natural rhythm.
These 42 "Need" cards, from the most basic to the most spiritual, are also divided into 7 color families representing the chakras, which maintain psychoenergetic correspondences with our needs.

You can thus refer to the chakra reference guide to intuitively establish a link with the color of your card or, by drawing a new card, to refine the nature of your need and a new color on the card. Examples will guide you.
Examples of psychoenergetic correspondences between the "Need" cards and the Chakras

1/ Card "Being with friends" + red color/root chakra: these are likely friends who have known you since childhood.Â

2/ Card "Finding inner peace" + light blue color/throat chakra: time taken to express one's creativity and deep nature...

3/ Card "Transmitting" + indigo color/frontal chakra: you are committed to a great cause where you share breakthroughs in universal knowledge and spirituality; red color/root chakra: sports coach...

4/ Card "Knowing yourself better" + yellow color/solar plexus chakra: welcoming your emotions; purple color/crown chakra: living at your own pace.

You will let yourself be guided by your intuition, which will provide the best insight to refine the area related to your essential need.

ACCELERATED VERSION - Intuitive development practice through the activation of Cosmo-Telluric RelianceÂ
(Reconnection grounding practice)

Standing, with both feet firmly on the ground, now close your eyes.
​
On the first inhale, visualize all at once the energies of the earth and sky meeting at the center of your supraluminous heart: This is the posture of sitting in the heart of light ©. Your arms accompany this movement: one hand at the top and one hand at the bottom meet simultaneously at the heart level.
​
On the exhale, while receiving, this luminous radiance bursts from your heart toward the object of your questioning (on a virtual screen), your two hands accompanying this field of light.

Repeat a second time, then a third time, in the same way you would perform physical or sports training, until it becomes a conditioned reflex.
​
Then let words, images, and sensations come spontaneously... For example, question the perceived images; beyond their appearance, only their message is important!
​
The observer must remain in a welcoming posture, especially if the information is being reflected to another person.
​
If you feel yourself losing your verticality and slipping into analysis and interpretation, repeat this reliance as often as necessary to ensure the viability of the intuitive information received through its SPONTANEITY.

GAME MODE - 2 -
Dynamic REMOTE VIEWING practice
based on the 7 FAMILIES GAME

​
The objective is simple: form one or more complete families by intuitively retrieving cards from your partner.
You begin by dealing 7 cards per player, with the remainder forming the draw pile.
You will then ask questions based on different entry points represented by the 7 chakra colors, your feelings and their psycho-energetic correspondences, geometric shapes, or "needs" and their illustrations.
​
This will be done according to your current sensitivity. Some people notice words related to an emotional field more easily, others, simple colored objects.
You will allow images, sounds, and sensations to come to you spontaneously.
If the other player does not have the requested card, you must draw one from the central pile.
​
The joker (white) card provides an advantage in the event of a tie. If you are practicing alone, you can also look for it among the others. It is also linked to the "8th Star" chakra (see psycho-energetic correspondences).
​
At the end of the game, if any of your completed families resonate with you, refer to the chakra reference guide for guidance, always following your intuition.
​
Of course, you can use this practice to develop your intuition further by referring to the QR code provided in this game. (Also see Module - 1 - above)
You will discover how to perform an activation to help you center yourself in this anchor of trust and reconnection.
Gradually, you will see how it becomes the reliable and essential source of non-mentalized intuitive information (vision).
GAME MODE - 3 -
Dynamic practice to "SEE WITHOUT PHYSICAL EYES"

This practice is generally done with a totally opaque mask (see instructions on cards at the end of the game "tools and training").
They are intended for adults but also for children who excel in this field and are capable of quickly seeing, for example, objects at the back of the head.
In this training, we see in the same way as with our physical eyes. For this reason, we often speak of so-called real-time vision.
This differs, at least initially, from intuitive vision where information reaches us in the form of images; which end up, even at a distance, becoming as clear as in real-time perception.
Whatever the type of vision, it is about the recognition of our unfolding field of consciousness.
It is Consciousness that perceives.
​
Those already trained in this practice can exercise solo or play the 7 Families game in the same way as in the previous remote viewing version (intuitive remote vision), but here they will use a mask, for example.
Some people visually project themselves behind their interlocutor's shoulder to see the face of the desired card. Children see directly through the paper... the possibilities are infinite.
​
These practices are increasingly appearing in schools because they are a source of cognitive, intellectual, and intuitive development, announcing great advances in terms of epigenetics and brain neuroplasticity.
But they also allow access to more creative resources, discernment, solidarity, and benevolence thanks to the impact on our emotional field.
